The website https://www.myfoodrepo.ai ("Site") is operated by EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) to provide subscription-based access keys for use with the MyFoodRepo App. These Terms govern your purchase and use of access keys via this Site.
Use of the MyFoodRepo App is governed separately by the MyFoodRepo App Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a subscription key, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information;
- Use the key for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Access Keys
- Each subscription provides you with a unique access key for the MyFoodRepo App;
- Access keys may not be shared, or resold;
- Your key may be deactivated if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (Stripe);
- You must maintain valid payment details for ongoing access;
- Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed during checkout and may change with notice.
5. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access key and/or subscription without refund if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Violate applicable laws;
- Engage in abuse, fraud, or attempts to tamper with the key system.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site and associated services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, EPFL disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or interruption related to your use of this Site or access keys.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site and subscription constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must cancel your subscription.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.
