What is an activation key?

An activation key is a unique code that unlocks access to the app. You’ll receive it after subscribing.

How do I get an activation key?

Subscribe via our website. Once payment is confirmed through Stripe, your activation key will be sent to your email and available through the website.

Where do I enter my activation key?

Open the app and enter the key on the first screen. Once validated, you’ll gain access.

I didn’t receive my activation key. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. Still missing? Contact support with the email you used to subscribe.

Will my activation key stop working if I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Once your subscription ends, the activation key will no longer be valid and your data will be inaccessible.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds only under certain conditions (e.g. technical issues within the first 7 days). View our refund policy in the Terms of Service for details.

How do I cancel my MyFoodRepo subscription?

You can cancel your MyFoodRepo subscription at any time from your list of MyFoodRepo subscriptions at https://myfoodrepo.ai (requires login). Once you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use MyFoodRepo until the end of the current billing month.

I often eat the same dish. How can I quickly duplicate its nutritional values?

On the dish-detail screen, tap the “Duplicate” button to create a copy with all its nutritional data.

Can I use the same activation key on multiple devices?

No. Each activation can be entered only once on a single device. To use the app on another device, you’ll need first to reset the key. In case of issues, contact support.

Can I download my data?

Yes. From your active registration page, go to the “Data” table and click the “Create data dump” button. The process may take a few minutes. Refresh the page after a short while: once the dump is ready, a new row will appear with a “Download” button. Click it to access a CSV file containing your data. Please note that a new dump can only be generated every two hours.

What happens if I uninstall the app or change phones?

You can reuse your activation key, but it must first be reset. To do so, go to your registration page and click the “Reset Participation Key” button. Please note: this action will log you out from the currently active mobile device, and you will need to log in again on the new device.
